timeless treasures will be expertly cared for, forever. (Yes, really.)

5-Year Warranty

At MV, we're confident our pieces are crafted to the highest quality. So confident, in fact, that we offer a free 5-year warranty to cover every piece you buy for five years (with valid proof of purchase).

This warranty applies to every one of our products, regardless of where you purchased them. Within five years, if your much-loved jewellery needs repair, replating or a ring needs resizing, we'll cover it free of charge.

A lifetime of Service

After five years (or if no proof of purchase can be provided), we can still help ensure your piece is loved for years to come with our Lifetime Repairs service.

For a small fee, we'll maintain any of your MV pieces for the duration of their life. This service is available in our Boutiques or online; you'll be charged the appropriate fee when you create your return label.

How it works

  1. Contact us using the form below. Within 2 working days, we'll send you instructions for shipping, which is free from the UK.
  2. Drop your package off at a Post Office. Hold onto your tracking number.
  3. Your old pieces get recycled into silver and gold that is reused for new jewellery.
